How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders (within Japan): shipped within 3 business days, arriving in 1–4 business days.
International orders: delivery takes 5–14 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries including the US, Canada, and some Asian countries at this time. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Are there customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
